The rental agreement
You can cancel your Co-Living rental contract with a notice period of two months to the end of the month. In order to cancel in due time and with legal effect, your cancellation must be received by us by post on the third working day of the month at the latest. Please send your cancellation letter to our office, stating your customer number and with an original signature and date:

No, subletting is not possible.
My room
If these are already included in the handover protocol, there is no need for action on your part. If it has happened during your stay, please contact us by e-mail co-living@covivio.immo with photos of the damaged furniture/inventory.
You are welcome to receive an overnight guest in your room. However, this must always be agreed with the flat share in advance, as you share a household and the needs of others should be taken into consideration. Among other things, this leads to harmonious life in the shared flat. Visitors are great, there's no question about that, and of course you can invite friends, but we would like to point out that permanent visitors and permanent guests are not welcome in the shared flat.

Renting
- our completed and signed self-disclosure form
- our completed and signed Schufa notice on rental applications
- your last three proofs of income or alternatively your new employment contract
- a certificate of freedom from rent arrears from the last landlord (parents, if applicable)
- Insight into your valid identity card or passport
Dealing with household appliances and defects
Please contact the Co-Living team by phone or e-mail. Emergencies (water damage, heating failure, etc.) outside our office hours must be reported immediately by telephone on 0208/97064-888 in order to avoid further damage, such as leakage damage.
